Baker Sanders, L.L.C.

In early 2004, Sanders, Grossman, Fass & Muhlstock, P.C. and the law offices of Baker Barshay & Neuwirth, LLP, merged to form one of the largest Medical Collection firms in the State of New York. Developing an innovative strategy over the years, today, the firm serves at a national scope representing one of the largest issuers of credit in the world.

The firm’s ability to sustain such a massive clientele base and facilitate successful recoveries for their clients is attributed to the company’s size, state-of-the-art infrastructure and most importantly zealously talented attorneys.

Sandy Post-Storm Help

On October 29, 2012, Superstorm Sandy ripped across the New York tri-state area, leaving in her wake more than 50 billion dollars in property damage, flooding and power outages. The storm has passed, but thousands of homeowners and businesses are now faced with delayed or denied insurance payments in their efforts to recover fair reparation.

Inundated with Hurricane Sandy claims, insurance companies have a vested interest in minimizing their payouts as much as possible, or suggesting low settlement amounts to policyholders.
